DMC Confectionery
In 2002 David Medlow Chocolates was established from an initial business that developed the original Medlow Gel. Selling the original business provided the opportunity to further develop the jelly recipe to a fully gluten free product as well as establishing the production of quality hand made chocolates.
David Medlow Chocolates have become well known for their innovative chocolate products and blends of exotic flavours. The dome shaped Pectin Jellies are the inspiration for the David Medlow Chocolates logo, being 2 chocolate coated jellies laying on their side to make up the D,M,C characters.
From 2007 DMC Confectionery Pty Ltd was established and continues to be the makers of David Medlow Pectin Jellies and David Medlow Chocolates as well as other fine DMC Confectionery products.
We continue to produce our products at the Southern Vales factory where we enjoy a rewarding relationship with a number of the local wineries. This world famous wine region lies just South of the South Australian capital of Adelaide and is well known for the wines that originate from this picturesque area. Wineries such as Hardys and Wayne Thomas are featured in our range of hand made liqueur filled chocolates.
